Zaj\u0119cia prowadzone s\u0105 na niskich formach skalnych i sztucznej \u015bciance. Wspinaczka jest og\u00f3lnorozwojow\u0105 form\u0105 aktywno\u015bci fizycznej polecan\u0105 bez wzgl\u0119du na wiek i poziom sprawno\u015bci fizycznej. Modu\u0142 realizowany jest w ma\u0142ych, kameralnych grupach.<\/p><p>Studenci poznaj\u0105:<\/p><ul><li>bhp zaj\u0119\u0107 na \u015bciance wspinaczkowej,<\/li><li>zasady pos\u0142ugiwania si\u0119 sprz\u0119tem (uprz\u0105\u017c, liny dynamiczne i statyczne, Reverso, Grigri),<\/li><li>zasady asekuracji g\u00f3rnej (tzw. w\u0119dka),<\/li><li>wspinanie typu buldering,<\/li><li>zasady asekuracji dolnej,<\/li><li>wspinanie w terenie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Studenci realizuj\u0105cy zaj\u0119cia wyposa\u017cani s\u0105 w sprz\u0119t niezb\u0119dny do uprawiania wspinaczki. W ramach realizacji modu\u0142u studenci odbywaj\u0105 jedn\u0105 fakultatywn\u0105 wycieczk\u0119 na ska\u0142ki (wszystkie niezb\u0119dne informacje zostan\u0105 podane na pierwszych zaj\u0119ciach).<\/p><p>Zaj\u0119cia realizowane s\u0105 na sztucznej \u015bciance wspinaczkowej (p\u0142ywalnia miejska).<\/p><p>Prowadz\u0105cy: dr Pawe\u0142 G\u0105sior, mgr Szymon
