Nordic walking to og\u00f3lnodost\u0119pna aktywno\u015b\u0107 prozdrowotna, anga\u017cuj\u0105ca mi\u0119\u015bnie ca\u0142ego cia\u0142a. Polega na marszu z kijkami, polecana jest ka\u017cdemu bez wzgl\u0119du na wiek i poziom sprawno\u015bci fizycznej. Zaj\u0119cia prowadzone s\u0105 w formie zaj\u0119\u0107 90-minutowych oraz d\u0142u\u017cszych 3-4 godzinnych marsz\u00f3w na terenach p\u0142askich i g\u00f3rzystych (Rezerwat B\u00f3r na Czerwonem, gorcza\u0144skie szlaki g\u00f3rskie, pag\u00f3rkowate tereny w okolicach Uczelni).<\/p><p>Studenci poznaj\u0105:<\/p><ul><li>podstawow\u0105 wiedz\u0119 o wyposa\u017ceniu do nordic walking,<\/li><li>techniki nordic walking: og\u00f3ln\u0105, specjalistyczn\u0105 i w terenie,<\/li><li>\u0107wiczenia si\u0142owe z kijami, \u0107wiczenia koordynacji i reakcji oraz stretching.<\/li><\/ul><p>Studentom realizuj\u0105cym zaj\u0119cia zostanie wypo\u017cyczony niezb\u0119dny sprz\u0119t (kije) do uprawiania nordic walking. Student\u00f3w na zaj\u0119ciach obowi\u0105zuje odpowiedni ubi\u00f3r.<\/p><p>Prowadz\u0105cy: dr Ma\u0142gorzata Potocka-Mitan, dr Ma\u0142gorzata Muszy\u0144ska-Kurnik, dr Katarzyna W\u0119grzyn,
