Bior\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c udzia\u0142 jako wolontariusze w przygotowaniu i organizacji wydarze\u0144 sportowo-rekreacyjnych realizowanych przez Zak\u0142ad Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu na terenie Uczelni oraz na terenie miasta.<\/p>\n<p>Studenci realizuj\u0105 tematyk\u0119 z zakresu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aktywno\u015b\u0107 ruchowa, sportowa i rekreacyjna \u2013 podstawy teoretyczne,<\/li>\n<li>wp\u0142yw ruchu na organizm cz\u0142owieka,<\/li>\n<li>nowoczesne sposoby monitorowania aktywno\u015bci fizycznej (platformy Strava, Garmin Connect, Endomondo),<\/li>\n<li>monitorowanie sk\u0142adu cia\u0142a,<\/li>\n<li>zdolno\u015bci motoryczne \u2013 podstawy teoretyczne,<\/li>\n<li>podstawy treningu sportowego.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zaj\u0119cia
